Graeme Etheridge - Lead Consultant
Crisis Management, Business Turnaround, Restructuring, Operational Resilience, and Corporate Challenge and Governance
Having had an extensive career within the commercialised not for profit and governmental sector, including having worked for the United Kingdom’s Cabinet Office and No.10, through to turning around an Operational Airfield, Graeme has strategic insight whilst understanding and being able to foresee operational necessities. He has extensive experience of reshaping organisation culture and structures, and business turnaround.
Graeme leads Truth Monkey Consulting Limited with passion, driven by a set of strong personal values, underpinned by his professional training and qualifications. He is also a member of both the Army & Navy Club and RAF Club, along with being a life member of Institute of Directors, and a Chartered Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. Graeme is also a trained coach and mentor.
Katherine Cottrell - Lead Consultant

Chartered Institute of Public Relations trained and qualified and having worked in multi-stakeholder environments, Katherine has overseen the development and delivery of complex regional, national and international stakeholder engagement strategies and plans. Helping various organisations to understand and respond to employees, partners and customers.
Katherine’s practical real-life experience is underpinned by her formal management training - having gained a Masters Degree in Business Management, from the UK’s Durham University, subsequently joining the Institute of Business Consulting and is a PRINCE 2 qualified project manager. Katherine is focused in delivering business focused solutions.
In addition, Katherine is also a qualified and experienced coach, helping to empower senior managers and employees to unlock their true potential and improve their performance.
Jimi Dicker - Senior Associate

With over 25 years’ experience working within the security field, Jimi has led and delivered sensitive reviews and infrastructure projects across the UK, the Middle East and Australasia.
A member of the Security Institute, and the Institute of Engineering & Technology Jimi has undertaken the development and delivery of many largescale, complex and sensitive projects, nationally and internationally, from Critical National Infrastructure sites to Museums, Public Spaces and Retail operations. Helping organisations to understand the importance of deploying effective security strategies of all sizes that are Secure by design, robust, resilient and fit for the purpose of which they have been deployed and using the correct technology for its
operating environment and staff to use them effectively.
Jimi’s extensive experience combined with in-depth systems and industry knowledge, the ability to convey complex issues to non-specialists, pragmatic approach and personable style makes him a valuable addition to our team, and your organisation.
Katie Boudakian - Senior Associate

Prior to becoming a consultant Katie had previously led the Human Resources Department for Investors in People, the international people management standard and assessment and advisory service.
Katie is a Chartered Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with over 20 years extensive HR experience across sectors gained from working in senior positions and through consultancy. Katie supports organisations with a range of people projects and provides HR advice on strategic and operational HR matters.
Katie is passionate about people and has excellent interpersonal skills and integrity.
Katie is also a qualified coach and values helping people with their career development and management skills.
Julian Marczak - Senior Associate
Public Relations, Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, Business Development
Julian spent sixteen years at Coutts Bank where he was Head of the Group’s world-wide press and public relations, as well as leading on associated business development. Julian is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).
His experience of working with High Net Worth Individuals and Family Trusts and Foundations led him gaining extensive fundraising experience and leading and advising charities fundraising campaigns.
Julian was also Chief Executive of one of the Air Ambulance charities where he undertook a successful organisational re-structure, transforming both the service and finances.
Julian is a keen horse rider, and was Chairman and is now President of The Association of British Riding Schools. Upon taking the reigns of the Association Julian professionalised the organisation resulting in its being granted charitable status.
Wayne Taylor - Senior Associate

With a background in military and police aviation, Wayne specialises in installing, regulating and auditing safety systems.
As a risk manager he future proofs small to medium sized organisations by predicting weaknesses and mitigating risk. Wayne has extensive experience engaging with the Emergency Services, Safety Advisory Groups, Councils and external agencies.
He has produced incident response manuals for major public and private events advising on strategy, legislation and hazard management. Wayne is a pilot, a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, COSHH qualified and a risk assessor.
Andrea Dobson - Senior Associate
Security Analyst, Strategic Security Solutions, Security Policy and Training
Andrea has over 25 years’ experience in the security industry including working operationally in high security environments as well as in strategic level management positions. She specialises in security survey and the subsequent development of robust security programmes that include the underpinning policy, management systems, culture and procedures that will enhance operational efficiency and effect a risk reduction to the organisation.
Andrea has a BSc in Criminal Justice and is in the top 2% worldwide to have completed the global leading Level 6 Certified Security Management Professional diploma (CSMP) through the International Security Management Institute. She now mentors current students and was awarded fellowship status in 2016.
Andrea is also a registered member of the Association of Security Consultants (ASC) and has achieved Registered Independent Security Consultant (RISC) status and is security cleared to BS 7858.
